Do not order anything from this company!!!THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE IN BUSINESS!! I purchased a couch from them and I cancelled the order within 5 minutes. According to them you have 24 hrs to cancel. Well the took out my money right away gave me a tracking number that didn't work. They notified me 2 weeks later that the couch had already shipped so they couldn't cancel. So the whole time I think this company is scamming me.. well got a call from a delivery company that they would be delivering this couch. I noticed that the box it came in was crunched on one side. Delivery person just delivered it in box so you don't know the condition until you open it. So when we opened it we found that the couch was broken. Wood frame broke. So I immediately take a picture and send to Wordans.. it took them over a week to get back to me and they told me I might not qualify for a return because they only have 5 days.. What???? I notified them as soon as I got it they took over a week to get back to me... well it's now been another week since they told me that and don't know if they are going to fix this! What kind of company is this???? They need to be shut down!!!

I ORDERED 66 SHIRTS FROM THEM 10 DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER OR MY SHIPMENT WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE LAST WEEK. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE CONSIDERING IF YOU DO HAVE A ISSUE THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM OTHER THAN THROUGH EMAIL WHICH THEY NEVER RESPOND TO.
ZERO STARS, UNLESS YOU CAN GIVE NEGATIVE POINTS . THEY SUCK !! THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !!, They charged my credit card, will not respond to my emails, and all the status shows is pending on my shipments. these were Christmas presents. I am trying to report them for this.. any help is much appreciated..
If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered 10 shirt of the same style and color for a bachelorette party that would be taking place two weeks after I ordered. The shipping on their website for my area says 2 days, so I thought it would be safe to order. After four days it still said my order was processing and had no shipping information. None of their phone numbers work, so talking to a live person is no option. I emailed 3 times and finally got an seer back over a week after I ordered saying they would be shipping soon, but I had already said I wanted to cancel my order and receive a full refund before it shipped so I didn’t have to pay their ridiculous restocking fees and return shipping. I finally received an answer on that one a week later and they told me I would receive a refund in 15 days. Well it’s been 19 and still no answers or signs of getting my money back.
